Which technology vendors each customer uses, with a confidence score per pair.
What this is. A directory of customer ↔ vendor supply-chain technology relationships, compiled from four evidence sources (shared directly from customers, directly from vendors, job descriptions, and Clay) and combined into a single confidence score per customer-vendor pair.
How to read confidence. Each pair is scored by combining all evidence for it, and more independent sources push confidence higher. Confirmed means directly evidenced by the customer or vendor. Likely is strong multi-source inference. Possible (hidden by default, toggle to reveal) is a weaker signal worth checking before relying on. Confidence is a belief, not a verified fact, so glance at the source count and top source before acting on a row.
Sharing guidelines. What you can share depends on where it came from. Anything sourced directly from a customer or vendor is private and shouldn't be repeated externally. Rows backed by public sources (job descriptions, Clay) are fine to reference. Aggregated insights are always shareable, e.g. "Kinaxis is more popular with food & bev brands," because they don't expose any single company's stack. When in doubt, check the top source: if it's customer-direct or vendor-direct, treat the row as private.
Best way to use it. Start from a customer to see their stack, or from a vendor to see its footprint across customers. Use it for meeting prep, whitespace analysis, and spotting patterns across categories or industries. If something looks wrong, it's usually a data issue rather than an app issue, so flag it for correction upstream rather than working around it.
Search and filter across every customer–vendor pair. This is the primary tool.
Pick a customer to see their vendors grouped by category.
Search or pick a vendor to see every customer using it.
Every claim that a customer uses a vendor is stored as a piece of evidence, tagged by source. Each source carries a baseline confidence. When multiple independent sources point to the same customer–vendor pair, confidence combines using a noisy-OR model: more corroboration raises confidence, but never above certainty. One strong source already lands high; several weak ones can add up.
Throughout the app, sources are shown as their tier (e.g. "Customer", "Clay") rather than specific document names. Each tier carries a baseline confidence:
| Customer — stated directly by the customer | 100% |
| Vendor — stated directly by the vendor | 95% |
| Call — customer or vendor call | 95% |
| Job posting — job descriptions (raw to QA'd) | 50–75% |
| Clay — 10-K / job scrape | 50% |
The band is the primary signal; the percentage is secondary. Bands are shown on a neutral lightness ramp — lighter means more confident.
The shared build shows only confirmed and likely pairs. Lower-confidence possible pairs are hidden unless you flip the toggle in the top-right.
